Rates and Services

The entire indoor area of our hotel is a non-smoking area! Smoking is only permitted outdoors, including on the balconies.
All rooms are equipped with a shower or bath tub, WC, safe, flat-screen TV, telephone. Most rooms have a balcony and a minibar.
The size of the double rooms is approx. 30m², that of the single rooms approx. 12-15 m².

  • The rates are per day or per week and per person. Halfboard and the RittenCard are included.
  • Half-board includes a buffet breakfast from 7.30 a.m. to 11 a.m. and dinner with a choice of three four-course menus vom 6.30 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Local tax

A local tourist tax of € 3,50 per person per night is charged for all persons aged 14 and over. This tax is not included in the total rate of your stay and can only be paid on site at the hotel.

Important Information

Half-board includes:
  • A generous breakfast buffet from 7.30 am to 11 am
  • A choice four-course set menu in the evening from 6.30 pm to 9 pm

  • bag with bath towels & bathrobe for the entirety of

Arrival/Departure
  • the rooms are ready for occupancy from 14.00. If you arrive after 18.00, please let us know and give us a short call.

  • you can reach us via the highway exit BOLZANO NORD. Follow the brown sign RENON, turn right in Rencio and rive approx.14 km up the Renon.
    ATTENTION: do not drive through SIGNATO as your GPS will indicate but continue straight ahead and turn left at the junction in the direction of COSTALOVARA / SOPRABPOLZANO.
  • we ask you to leave your room by 11.00 on departure day.

Payment modalities:
You can pay on departure day in cash, by credit card (EC, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro) or before arrival by wire transfer.

DEPOSIT:
Once your booking has been confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation containing the details for the deposit transfer.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation of your stay up to 30 days before arrival is free of charge.
If you cancel your stay up to 15 days before arrival, 50% of the total cost of your stay is payable.
If you cancel your stay less than 14 days before arrival or fail to arrive, 100% of the total cost of
your stay is payable.
WE RECOMMEND TAKING OUT TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE.

Dogs by arrangement only
We charge €10.00 per day for dogs.
Dog tickets can be purchased at the respective terminus stations of the Rittnerbahn.
